Councillor Tickner Refers Locksmith to Trading Standards Over Nuisance 'Advertising'

Beckenham Councillor, Michael Tickner, has reported a locksmith company to Bromley Trading Standards over nuisance adverting methods.

The locksmith company in question has been sticking transparent stickers onto residents letterboxes, which can be difficult to remove and even once removed leave a mark. The practice has left local residents annoyed.

Mike said:

"This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable which is why I have referred them to Trading Standards to ask them to issue the firm in question with a warning, monitor them and take further action if required".
