Conlon Votes to remove winter fuel payments

I said that I would hold Mr Conlon to account and I will, he is the MP in a borough which has the largest over 65 population in London, not all need the winter fuel allowance but many in our less affluent areas do. 53 Labour MP's had a conscious and abstained one dared to vote for the Conservative motion to stop this cut to our most vunerable residents. Remember the "£22 billion black hole" did not stop them rewarding their union paymasters by capitulating to their wage demands, our pensioners lose £300, the train drivers get a £5,000 increase. They say that the triple lock will give our pensioners an increase that will make up for the winter fuel allowance, they didn't say they would have recieved this anyway.

If our elderly are not safe from this Labour government then no one is, I would like to hear your views, email [email protected] and I suggest you ask Mr Conlon why he voted in favour.
