We have been speaking to residents all over Beckenham who are concerned about drivers dangerously exceeding speed limits and night time crashes. We want to give you a voice by petitioning Sadiq Khan. London Assembly member Thomas Turrell will take the petition to him and demand action.

We the undersigned, call on the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, as Chair of Transport for London, to install new speed cameras on roads in Beckenham and Eden Park to reduce speeding and support Bromley Council in reducing death and serious injuries on our roads.
We strongly believe speed cameras are needed to enforce the 30mph speed limit on:
Croydon Road
Upper Elmers End Road
Monks Orchard Road
Wickham Road
These roads are in residential areas blighted by speeding traffic, and speed cameras would help deter drivers from driving at dangerous speeds and adhere to the speed limit.
