Serena, born and raised in Bromley, has lived in the community her entire life and now calls Shortlands home. She is committed to preserving what makes the area special while improving everyday life for residents.
Serena holds a Fashion Curation MA from London College of Fashion and a History of Art BA from the University of Warwick. Her career spans retail, art curation across the UK, communications and social media for Members of Parliament and the Lords, as well as fundraising and event planning for the Conservative Party.
Due to her upbringing and family background, Serena understands challenges faced by the self-employed, small businesses, and those working in education and healthcare, and is passionate about supporting them.
A dedicated volunteer, Serena has contributed to English Heritage, galleries, museums, and serves nationally as an RAF Reservist. If elected, she will no doubt be a visible, responsive councillor, focused on delivering local services, community safety, and keeping Shortlands and Park Langley vibrant.
