Planning permission was granted in October 2016 for a crescent of 7 town houses on land facing onto the Chinese Garage roundabout and to the north of the northern land site. The developer is the same local developer as the Northern Land scheme. Applications are currently being submitted to the Council to discharge the final conditions and work is likely to commence this summer. The houses would have a similar design to the Northern Land scheme and will, eventually, all be served from the same access.
